Just a quick blog to summarise the things that really clicked with me when discussing the writing of our first essay. The main thing for me was the sub headings. I had used the sub headings of the module handbook eg 'Web 2.0' but as Adesola suggested this was bringing me away from my practice and forcing my essay to lean towards a module summary. I was confused how else I would use headings and what they would be but Adesola suggested this which I thought was very helpful -
FOR EXAMPLE-
The difference between being at college training and looking for a job after graduating
At college I barely used social media where as now I use it a lot. When I was at college I didn't do much personal reflection but now I am self critical. When I was at college I didn't network very much but now I have only worked due to networking within the industry.
I know the examples I have used are very basic but thy give an idea of how you can use the three readers in the module as lenses to look at your practice underneath that one sub heading.
